Email Design
Email Blasts
I have created many creative and engaging email blasts. Some of them are shown below. However, it would be amiss of me not to state that I also have designed templates and customer journeys in a few of the most popular CRMs. Most recently, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Case Study
Client: Mercedes Benz of Littleton
Purpose: Email Blast.
Description: Mercedes Benz of Littleton contracted through The Denver Post to have many email blasts sent out and targeted through Denver. They varried in design and content. One of which we’ve chosen to feature.
The email blasts we created for them were created to serve as a “floating” splash page and often held their own navigation bars. The actual eblast can be viewed here.
Case Study
Client: Shortline Automotive
Purpose: Email Blast.
Description: I’ve done a lot of work for Shortline Automotive. From eblasts, and online banners, sliding billboards to all sizes of print and directmail pieces.
To the left is one of the many eblasts I created for them. This one for Shortline Subaru. The prices and offers are no longer valid but it can still be viewed online here.
Case Study
Client: American Legion
Purpose: To aid in gathering donations and to bring awareness of purpose.
Description: Here is an eblast I did for the American Legion. It’s purpose was donation assistance. As such clicking anywhere on the ad would take you to their informational donations assistance page. They have since taken the page down. I chose the merger of two separate graphics an older verteran morning loss and a younger one. Both served to drive home a point. The eblast can be viewed here.
Case Study
Client: Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course
Purpose: Email Blast to promote the booking of tournaments and events.
Description: Email blasts are an effective way to promote upcoming events. The Red Hawk Ridge email blast was desgined to do just that. It’s navigation bar served not only to track traffic to their website but allowed the view to be redirected toward planning, pricing of different golf packages, and an information CTA that redirected directly to Red Hawks primary website. You can view the landing page in online here.
Case Study
Client: Jackson Hole
Purpose: To promote vacation packages to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Description: Email is a great way to blanket a large segment of any given area. Here I used my design to promote ski vacation packages to Jackson Hole, one of the premiere ski resorts in North America.
The Jackson Eblast doesn’t include a navigation bar depending instead on the colorful pictures and the CTAs I’ve placed under them to connect interested parties to a vacation package of their choice once redirected back to Jackson’s main website. View the eblast in your browser here.
Case Study
Client: Remington Homes
Purpose: Real Estate Marketing.
Description: I designed this email template to serve the purpose of drawing attention to a new community (at the time) that was being built. Working at The Denver Post afforded me the opportunity to build email blasts for a large variety of businesses and of course real estate was a big part of that.
In this one as with the Jackson eblast I chase not to put a navigation bar in opting instead for Hyperlinks to sever the same purpose. View the eblast in your browser here.
* Due to the time period in which some of the email templates were created some of the links have been disabled or are no longer in service. Offers contained are no longer valid and are for design purposes only.
